~ CC&R Project ~

Finally this project is under way! HOA Members should be receiving a package in the mail that includes a) letter explaining the reason for adopting a uniform CC&R that applies to all subdivisions within Bear Lake West, b) a copy of the proposed CC&R's, and c) a list of volunteer members that can help you with any questions you might have, and d) a signiture card that must be mailed in for your support to be counted.
